What Tuesday actually looks like.
Routines are built around the person — their pace, their preferences, their goals. This is a typical day, and it flexes whenever it needs to.
- 7:00 am
Coffee in the kitchen, medications set up, and a caregiver who already knows how you take your morning.
- 8:30 am
Breakfast made in the house — not a tray — plus help with bathing, dressing and grooming as needed.
- 10:30 am
Skills time: budgeting, cooking, a walk in the neighborhood, or a ride to an appointment.
- 2:00 pm
Quiet hour. Rest in your own room, a favorite show on low, someone checking in without hovering.
- 5:30 pm
Dinner around one table, passed family-style, with caregivers sitting down too.
- 9:00 pm
Evening medications, lights down, and overnight supervision in the house all night.

Wondering about cost?
